Special Fat head dough with our chef can be base of everything.

Fathead dough is a popular low-carb dough alternative used in ketogenic cooking. It’s a versatile dough that can be used for various recipes like pizza crust, breadsticks, bagels, cinnamon role and more. Here’s a basic recipe for fathead dough:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 table spoon fiber powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute until the cheeses are melted. Stir well to combine.
  3. To the melted cheese mixture, add the almond flour, egg, and baking powder, salt ,vanilla , fiber powder and protein powder. Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a dough-like consistency.
  4. Place the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or a non-stick baking mat. Using your hands or a rolling pin, flatten the dough into your desired shape. For pizza crust, you can create a round shape or rectangle for breadsticks.
  5. Once shaped, you can dock the dough by pricking it with a fork to prevent air bubbles during baking.
  6. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before adding your desired toppings or using it in your recipe.

This basic fathead dough recipe can be customized by adding seasonings like garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or even some shredded cheese for extra flavor. Feel free to get creative and experiment with different variations and toppings.

Remember to adjust the baking time based on the recipe you’re making, as different recipes using fathead dough may require different cooking times.
